biological yeast2 l
salt1 tablespoon
sugar2 tablespoon
yolk1 unit(s)
ham300 g
mozzarella300 g

in a bowl put yeast and sugar until yeast develops
add milk, salt, wheat flour
knead well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
