Wheat flour400 g
Sugar200 g
Oil1/2 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
liquid milk1/2 cup
Lemon3 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 unit(s)

Pasta- In the blender place the eggs, sugar and oil, hit for 3 min and take it to a pot.
With the help of a spoon or fuer, at this stage you will gently stir the wheat flour and milk, then add the lemon zest and finally the baking powder.
With the oven preheated to 180°, put your dough in an already greased shape and light to bake for 45 min.
While your cake is in the oven, let's move on to the frosting. In the blender place the condensed milk and the juice of 3 lemons.
Let the cake cool, unmold, and place the icing. It's ready.
