- Pasta- In the blender place the eggs, sugar and oil, hit for 3 min and take it to a pot.
- With the help of a spoon or fuer, at this stage you will gently stir the wheat flour and milk, then add the lemon zest and finally the baking powder.
- With the oven preheated to 180°, put your dough in an already greased shape and light to bake for 45 min.
- While your cake is in the oven, let's move on to the frosting. In the blender place the condensed milk and the juice of 3 lemons.
- Let the cake cool, unmold, and place the icing. It's ready.
