- Cornstarch Biscuit Pack2 unit(s)
- Melted butter400 g
- Squeezed lemon15 unit(s)
- I used a large shape with a removable background. Crush the biscuit in a food processor or blender.
- Add the melted butter (heat over low heat in a pan or in a pot in the microwave) and mix well until it turns into a dough.
- Line the bottom and sides of your mold and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Wait to cool down to add the stuffing. Stuffing: in the blender, put the condensed milk and squeezed lemons and beat for 3 min.
- Put the stuffing in shape and take it to freeze for at least an hour. Ready!
