- Flour2 cup
- Margarine7 tablespoon
- Cold water5 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- lemon3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour with the butter
- Add the spoons of water little by little until you find the point that lets go of your hand.
- Add salt and knead the dough on a bench.
- Put the dough in a shape and press until it spreads. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Then bake at 180° until golden.
- let it cool completely
- Make a mousse for the filling
- Add the condensed milk and the cream to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and as soon as it thickens, turn it off.
- Fill the pie and add lemon zest to taste and put it to freeze for 30 min.
