- Melted butter or margarine4 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon7 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Crush the biscuit and mix in the melted butter. Forre the bottom of the platter or bowls.
- In the blender: beat condensed milk, cream and squeezed lemon for 3 minutes.
- Place over the biscuit dough, finish with lemon zest and take to firm for about 1 hour. Ready
