- The first step is to make the syrup in a pan put the sugar and let it melt well.
- Add the hot water and stir until all the sugar lumps have melted.
- Place this syrup in a roasting pan with a central hole and set aside.
- For the pudding, just add all the ingredients to the blender and beat for approximately 5 minutes, place this mixture in the reserved baking dish and bake in a bain marie for 50 minutes.
