  • Sour cream100 g
  • Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
  • Chocolate flavor coating200 g
  1. Melt the frosting and add to the Easter egg molds. To make it easier, use a 3-part shape. Take it to freeze until the chocolate hardens (when the shape becomes matte)
  2. While the cone is in the fridge, let's prepare the stuffing. Just add condensed milk, milk cream and powdered juice to the blender. Beat until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Assembly: unmold the Easter egg shell and add the stuffing. Decorate as you prefer
  4. In the model I used it to decorate melted chocolate and passion fruit pulp
