Easy powdered milk Christmas pudding

- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Whole milk500 ml
- Powdered milk12 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan20 g
- Jelly (I indicate blackberry, cherry, jaboticaba)150 g
- Grease a baking dish with a hole in the middle with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Reserve.
- In the blender beat all the ingredients for one minute, except the jelly.
- Pour the liquid into the greased baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and place in a bain-marie in a low oven for about 50 minutes. Follow along as each oven is unique.
- Once you turn off the oven, keep the pan there for another 15 minutes and take it to freeze.
- As soon as it freezes, pour the chosen jelly over it, decorate with fruits and it can serve! Choose a jam preferably homemade and a little more citric, so the dessert is more balanced.
