Easy Strawberry Chocolate Cake

- Strawberry200 g
- For the cake: in the mixer add eggs and the sifted sugar. Beat until the sugar dissolves completely. After adding the oil by thread, later to the warm water and mix. Turn off the mixer and sift the wheat flour, cocoa powder (2 tablespoons) and baking powder. Beat again until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Grease a mold (I used a 20cm rim) and pour the cake batter. Take to bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Stuffing: In a pan add the condensed milk, the cream and the rest of the cocoa powder. Stir well over low heat until it reaches the filling point (when it starts to come apart from the bottom of the pan). Reserve
- Clean and cut the strawberries. Reserve a few whole ones for cake decoration.
- Assembly: cut the cake into 3 discs. Place a disk on a cake plate and pass acetate around it. Stick with tape to secure. After moisten the dough with syrup of your choice and add a part of the brigadeiro filling and chopped strawberries to taste. Repeat the process with the second layer. In the third layer adjust the filling so that it looks nice (the filling is also the icing on the cake and arrange strawberries on top to decorate.
