- Milk500 ml
- Maizena (corn starch)1 tablespoon
- Strawberry Jelly2 unit(s)
- Strawberries to taste
- In a pan add the condensed milk, cream, milk and cornstarch.
- Stir well and lead to high heat, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- Once it starts to thicken, lower it to low heat and keep stirring until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, the cream should have a not too soft consistency.
- Place the cream in a refractory or baking dish of your choice. refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the cream has cooled down very well!
- After the cream has cooled down, Cut the strawberries in half and place on top of the cream.
- Prepare the gelatine as usual and carefully add it over the strawberries.
- Place in the fridge to set the gelatin.
