Easy Strawberry Mousse

Lave bem os morangos e deixe-os de molho em água por 20 minutos. Escorra e bata no liquidificador com o leite condensado e o creme de leite.

Wash the strawberries well and soak them in water for 20 minutes. Drain and hit the blender with the condensed milk and cream.

 Dissolva a gelatina em 1 xícara de água fervendo e acrescente à mistura batendo até esfriar completamente. Leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2 horas antes de servir

 Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water and add to the mixture, beating until completely cooled. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
