- Sugar5 tablespoon
- In a blender add condensed milk, cream, milk and eggs. Let it beat for 4 minutes without stopping.
- In a pudding mold put the 5 tablespoons of sugar and let it turn into a syrup. Spread all over and let cool. She will be tough.
- Then add the blender mixture to the mold carefully.
- Place the pan over low heat on the stove in a bain-marie and wrap the pan with aluminum to create a “lid”.
- After 35 minutes, stick a fork in to see if it has hardened, if it comes out clean, just turn it off.
- Let it cool completely and place in the fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 20 minutes. Disinform and serve yourself.
