- Fresh figs1 kg
- Sugar2 cup
- Water3 l
- Clove to taste
- Wash the figs well.
- Put it to boil, when the water is bubbling, turn off and wait 5 minutes.
- Drain the water.
- Put it on the fire again, add the sugar, stir a little and add more water.
- Let it cook until very soft. Before turning off, put a handful of cloves, turn off and cover until cool.
- Remove from the pan and put it in the fridge.
