- I put the sugar, water and the cloves to boil until they form a syrup, then I added the thin ones without the skin and then just cook for about 20 minutes.
- OBS: the figs I pick and cook in water and freeze as soon as it cools. When preparing the candy, just wash them one by one under the tap and the skin will come off.
