- Heavy cream6 teaspoon

- sifted wheat flour (add if you see you need too much)1 cup
- yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence to taste
- semisweet chocolate for dipping100 g
- Beat the butter with the sugar until it forms a white cream.
- Add the Heavy cream and egg yolks*, beating.
- Sift the flour together with the baking powder and beat a little more with a mixer, adding the vanilla.
- Place the dough in a pastry bag and, with a large fluted tip, pipe cookies onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in low oven until golden. Allow to cool and remove from the pan
- bathing in melted chocolate afterwards.
