- Whole milk400 ml
- Fresh Cream100 g
- Glucose70 g
- Powdered milk30 g
- Sugar90 g
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to low heat just to mix, without letting it boil.
- Using a sieve, pour all the liquid into a shallow baking dish and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Then, with the help of a spoon, remove all the ice cream from the pan and transfer it to a mixer and beat at maximum speed for 2 minutes.
- After that, move to a definitive container, take it to the freezer for another 2 hours and it can serve 🔥
