- medium bananas cut into cubes and seasoned with sugar and cinnamon3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Milk150 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients (except the banana) until a soft dough forms.
- Add the bananas seasoned with sugar and cinnamon and continue to stir.
- Pour the batter into individual cupcake molds and bake in a preheated medium oven (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
