- Unflavored colorless gelatin sachet12 g
- Culinary sweetener120 ml
- Skimmed milk50 ml
- Water50 ml
- Dissolve the unflavored colorless gelatin in the water, let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place the skimmed milk, bananas, natural yogurt and culinary sweetener in a blender and blend for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Then, microwave the gelatin for 15 seconds and add it to the blender and hit again until it is completely mixed.
- Pour into cups or platters of your choice. For decoration, I cut slices of bananas and put them in the pan with butter and let them brown, then put them on top of the mousse.
- Place in the fridge until it takes on consistency and serve later.
