- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- Medium rolled oats1 cup
- Rice flakes1/2 cup
- Dulce de leche4 tablespoon
- Sliced banana to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until creamy.
- Add the oats and rice flakes and mix well until you can make balls (if necessary add more oats but make it creamy ok)
- Grease a mold with a little butter and oat bran
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Flatten the balls in the shape of pies with the edges no longer (with your hands)
- Bake for about 15 minutes
- Wait for it to cool down and unmold it carefully.
- Place the dulce de leche filling
- Place the sliced bananas on top and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.
- If you prefer, take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve chilled.
- Store in fridge đ
