- Pasta In the blender add the chopped carrots, the oil and the eggs. Whisk everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In a bowl add the oat flour, xylitol and yeast, mix well. Then add the blender mixture with the dry ingredients, mix everything lightly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Grease a mold with oil and oatmeal. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Syrup Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, add the cream and mix well. Pour the chocolate syrup over the already baked cake.
