- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar4 tablespoon
- Chocolate 50%1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Vanilla and Cinnamon1 to taste
- Nuts or chestnuts1 to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat all ingredients together in the mixer for 5 min, then add the yeast and stir slowly.
- In a hollowed out shape in the middle, grease with olive oil and put the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
- Remove from the mold and finish with a syrup made with cocoa, cream or milk and warm water.
