- Demerara sugar or culinary sweetener3/4 cup
- Coconut oil or olive oil1/4 cup
- Oat flour2 cup
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs until foamy or beat the whites separately, then add the yolks and beat again.
- Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves, then the cocoa and mix from bottom to top.
- Put the flour and alternate with the liquid ingredients, mix until the dough is consistent.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix slowly.
- Pour the dough into a form greased with butter and floured with cocoa powder. Place in a preheated oven at 190º C and leave for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes and do the toothpick test.
- To make the syrup, melt chocolate and mix it with creamy coconut milk.
