- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Demerara (or brown) sugar1 cup
- Maizena1 cup
- Cocoa powder (50%, 70% or 100%)5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- coconut milk200 ml
- Cocoa powder4 tablespoon
- Brown sugar or demerara1/2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Pasta: Beat the eggs, coconut oil, demerara or brown sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and hot water in a blender;
- Pour this mixture into the oatmeal, and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained;
- Finally, add the baking powder.
- Bake in a greased shape, in a preheated medium oven and let it bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
- Syrup: Add all ingredients and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Pour over the cake, the syrup still hot, wait to cool and just serve.
