- Chocolate 75%200 g
- Ghee Butter4 tablespoon
- Xylitol1/2 cup
- Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
- Egg white5 unit(s)
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Grease two ramekins with butter and set aside in the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Then add the butter and egg yolks and mix well.
- Separately, beat the egg whites together with the sweetener, until peaks form.
- Take a small portion of the snow whites, mix gently with the chocolate cream.
- After mixing well, add the chocolate cream with the snow whites gently so that it doesn't lose too much volume.
- Distribute the dough in the ramekins leaving at least 2 cm away from the edge
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
