- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- Place the egg, coconut milk, butter and sweetener in a blender and blend until blended. Add the powdered milk, grated coconut and oat bran. Mix everything until it forms a homogeneous mass. Finally, add the yeast to the dough. Grease a mold with coconut oil or butter and oatmeal. Pour the dough into the form and take it to the preheated fire at 180° for 25/30 minutes.
