- Almond flour175 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Shredded Coconut60 g
- Coconut milk6 tablespoon
- Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
- Water6 tablespoon
- In a bowl beat the egg, add the coconut oil, demerara sugar, a pinch of salt and gradually add the almond flour. Stir until you disgrace your hands.
- Line the molds with the dough;
- Mix the grated coconut with the coconut milk, water and coconut sugar, and place it inside the molds;
- Take to oven or airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
- OBS.: you can replace the coconut sugar with demerara sugar or brown sugar to make it sweeter. Coconut sugar is not as sweet.
