- Sour cream200 ml
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
- Powdered milk1 tablespoon
- 100% stevia sweetener15 unit(s)
- 70% cocoa chocolate bar100 g
- In a pan, place the cream, grated coconut, powdered milk and the Stevia drops, stir until it comes off the bottom. Put it on a plate and take it to the fridge;
- After cold, join your hand with coconut oil or olive oil, and make balls;
- Melt the 70% cocoa chocolate bar, and dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate. Place on a plate and refrigerate for approximately 40 minutes.
