- Flaxseed8 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Coconut / Coconut Flour4 tablespoon
- Oat flour4 tablespoon
- Natural sweetener erythritol OR xylitol4 tablespoon
- Water300 ml
- Instant coffee4 teaspoon
- Ricotta Cream04 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Instant coffee2 dessert spoon
- Dough: in a blender, first grind the oats and then the flaxseed until it forms a flour. Reserve
- Then mix the eggs, 2 tablespoons of the sweetener, the vanilla essence, the flaxseed and oat flours and about 100 ml of water to give the point and mix well. Then add the chemical yeast. Stir gently
- Put the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape and let it bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated medium oven (180°c).
- Prepare a coffee with 200 ml of water and 4 teaspoons of instant coffee
- Remove the dough from the oven and set aside
- Stuffing mix the ricotta cream, essence, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of the sweetener, 2 dessert spoons of soluble coffee, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Mix well until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Cut the dough into layers. Lightly wet the dough with the coffee (you don't need to use all the coffee). Assemble the Tiramisu with the dough, stuffing until you finish the desired number of layers
