- Lactose-free skimmed milk250 ml
- Xylitol4 tablespoon
- Lactose-free powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste

- Cut the bread into thick slices. Combine the milk, 2 tablespoons of xylitol and the powdered milk in a bowl and beat the egg in another bowl. Dip the slices in the milk mixture and then in the egg.
- Put them in a greased shape, and take it to the oven until golden.
- On a plate, add the remaining xylitol and cinnamon and sprinkle over the french toast.
