- Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Artificial Panettone Flavor to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Raisins to taste
- In the mini manual processor, I put 2 very ripe bananas and 1 cs of oil extra virgin coconut, grind well and set aside;
- In another container, beat the 2 eggs and add an average of 5 drops of the artificial aroma of panettone, oat bran, almond flour, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon powder;
- Mix well and add the already crushed banana;
- Finally add the baking powder;
- Place in molds and add raisins as filling and on top;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
