- Skimmed milk1 dessert spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Mix all the ingredients well in a large greased mug, last the yeast (stir gently).
- Microwave for 2 minutes on high power.
- For the frosting, melt dark chocolate mix a little skimmed milk to give the point.
