- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Water8 tablespoon
- 60% cocoa chocolate bar for topping to taste
- In a mug place all the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add the oil and water and mix well with a fork.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Keep an eye. If the cake rises to the point of coming out of the mug, pause for a few seconds and continue. Go on until you complete the total time.
- For the frosting, melt the chocolate and place it on top of the cake.
- Optional: Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the frosting for an extra touch.
