- Crunchy Peanut Butter3 tablespoon
- Medium flaked oats1 cup
- Whey protein flavored cookies2 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- White chocolate50 g
- Green Grape to taste
- Mango to taste
- In a bowl put the crunchy peanut butter and mix it with the Whey protein flavor cookies (or whatever flavor you prefer)
- Add the oats and mix with your hands until you get the point that you can make balls (add more oats if necessary)
- Grease a pan with a little butter and oat bran
- Place the balls in the mold and flatten with a spoon or with your hands until you form a kind of tart with higher edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Make the filling by melting the white chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds.
- When the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Wait for the tartlets to cool and unmold carefully so as not to break the tartlets.
- Place the creamy white chocolate filling with peanut butter
- Garnish with chopped green grapes and mango pieces
- Great option to serve during or after cup games 🇧🇷⚽😃
