- Milk (can be skimmed)1 cup
- Powdered Culinary Sweetener (I used Stevia)1 tablespoon
- Skimmed yogurt1 can(s)
- Cinnamon Stick1 unit(s)
- Cloves5 to taste
- Water100 ml
- In a non-stick pan, place the chopped pineapple with the cinnamon and cloves, then add the water and let it boil until the water dries up and starts to caramelize, stirring constantly.
- When it turns golden add the milk, stir well and bring to a boil.
- In a refractory, hydrate the gelatin in the yogurt and then turn off the heat of the pineapple milk, remove the cloves and cinnamon.
- (it will look cut but it is like that) and put the sweetener and then the yogurt with the gelatin stir very well until it becomes homogeneous.
- Put it in jars or in the refractory even take it in the fridge for approximately 3 hours it's ready.
- Super healthy yummy and kills the urge to eat a sweetie.
