Skimmed milk powder

Dissolva a gelatina sem sabor em 250 ml de água fervente e reserve. 

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 250 ml of boiling water and set aside.

Bata o leite em pó o adoçante e o iogurte desnatado.

Beat the powdered milk, the sweetener and the skimmed yogurt.

Acrescente a gelatina diluída e mexa até incorpar.

Add the diluted gelatin and stir until incorporated.

Divida em taças individuais e leve à geladeira por duas horas ou ao congelador por 40 minutos.

Divide into individual bowls and place in the fridge for two hours or in the freezer for 40 minutes.
