- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener2 tablespoon
- Strawberry Flavor Whey Protein1 unit(s)
- Coconut Milk Powder2 tablespoon
- Filtered water2 tablespoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Chocolate 70%30 g
- Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork.
- Add the almond flour and oatmeal and mix well.
- Add the xylitol sweetener and chopped chocolate chips.
- Grease cupcake molds with a little butter and oat bran
- Put the dough in the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Make the syrup by mixing the whey with powdered coconut milk and water.
- Cover the dumplings with the syrup
- Decorate with strawberries đđ
