Salt (a pinch) to taste
Eggs4 unit(s)
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Panettone or vanilla essence to taste
70% chocolate bar90 g

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and set aside:
In a bowl mix the eggs, olive oil and essence, and mix with the dry ingredients; Finally add the chocolate pieces or chocolate drops;
Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
On top I put 70% melted chocolate.
