  • Pear1 unit(s)
  • Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Yogurt1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
  • Oat flour2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Grease a mold, preferably non-stick, and spread a mixture of 3 spoons of sweetener and ground cinnamon.
  2. Slice the pear, removing the seeds, and spread the slices on the bottom of the mold.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sweetener, vanilla and melted butter.
  4. Add oatmeal and yogurt. Mix well.
  5. Lastly, put on the baking soda and mix.
  6. Pour the dough over the pears and bake at 200° for about 40 minutes.
  7. Develop while still warm.
  8. It's super light, smooth and soft!!!
