- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Yogurt1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Oat flour2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grease a mold, preferably non-stick, and spread a mixture of 3 spoons of sweetener and ground cinnamon.
- Slice the pear, removing the seeds, and spread the slices on the bottom of the mold.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sweetener, vanilla and melted butter.
- Add oatmeal and yogurt. Mix well.
- Lastly, put on the baking soda and mix.
- Pour the dough over the pears and bake at 200° for about 40 minutes.
- Develop while still warm.
- It's super light, smooth and soft!!!
