- Very ripe banana2 unit(s)
- Powdered milk4 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Peel the bananas and microwave them in a bowl for about 2 minutes. If the banana is cold, increase the microwave time to 2 and a half minutes.
- Remove the water that will form during microwave time.
- With a fork, love all the bananas, until it becomes a very smooth paste.
- Add the milk and cocoa powder, and mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated forming a homogeneous mass.
- Let the brigadeiro cool slightly at room temperature.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Grease your hands with a little coconut oil (or butter) and form small balls with the dough.
- To decorate, you can put sprinkles. Now all you have to do is serve and bon appetit!
