- In the blender cup, add the eggs and sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
- With the blender off, add the milk, oil, cornmeal and wheat flour and beat again for another 2 minutes. If necessary, stir a little with a spoon but with the blender off.
- Add the baking powder and beat for another 10 seconds, or mix with a spoon.
- Transfer the dough to a shape with a hole in the middle, I used one with a diameter of 24 cm, greased and floured and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes.
- After that time, do the toothpick test. If it comes out dry your cake is ready.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- The cups used in this recipe are 300 ml.
