  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Corn Flake2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender except the yeast.
  2. After well beaten, put the yeast and pulse until its total mixture.
  3. Place in a greased and floured shape and bake at 250°. Test with a toothpick to see if it's ready. The toothpick came out clean, a sign that your cake is ready.
  4. You can add the grated coconut dough which is also divine!!!
