- Corn Flake2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender except the yeast.
- After well beaten, put the yeast and pulse until its total mixture.
- Place in a greased and floured shape and bake at 250°. Test with a toothpick to see if it's ready. The toothpick came out clean, a sign that your cake is ready.
- You can add the grated coconut dough which is also divine!!!
