- Recipe
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- milk or coconut milk200 ml
- colorless, unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- boiling water250 ml
- ice water250 ml
- Gelatin (flavor of your choice)2 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the coconut milk, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Add the dissolved, unflavored, colorless gelatin according to the package directions and beat some more. Pour the mixture into a 24cm diameter form with a central hole, greased with oil, margarine or homemade mold release. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until the filling has hardened.
- In a bowl, dissolve the 2 packets of gelatin in the boiling water. Add the cold water and mix until the gelatin has completely cooled (otherwise it will melt the filling). When the gelatin has cooled, remove the mold with the filling from the fridge. With your fingertips, peel off the filling from the side and center of the mold and add the dissolved gelatin. The gelatin will go under the filling and the filling will float. When you're done adding the gelatin, put the mold back in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Unmold, decorate to taste and serve chilled.
