- Coconut oil or ghee butter2 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder4 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar8 dessert spoon
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut100 g
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Beat the eggs with the margarine, cocoa, sugar, coconut and yeast in a blender. Arrange the mixture in a greased form. Preferably a round shape, not too big. Take to preheated oven, bake for 30 min in medium oven. When it's ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool, unmold and just serve.
