- Butter (melted2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 cup
- Dark chocolate bar300 g
- In a blender, beat the eggs for about 2 minutes. Add the chocolate, butter, coconut and sugar and beat for another 3 minutes. Finally add the yeast. Gently mix. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Cut the chocolate into small cubes, place in a bowl. Heat the cream and pour over the chopped chocolate. Mix until smooth, set aside to cover the cold cake.
