- In a blender, beat all the ingredients except the yeast, then pour it into a bowl and add the yeast little by little, stirring lightly.
- In a 20 to 25 cm hole shape greased with margarine and wheat flour pour the dough and take it for 30 min in a preheated oven at 180°.
- salted caramel: In a pan put the sugar, when it's whitening, put the butter and stir until dissolved, then put the milk cream and salt, when it's a cream, turn it off and wait to cool.
- Pour the salted caramel over the cake and add the coconut shavings.
