- 2 cans of canned corn340 g
- 1 can of condensed milk395 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine50 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- In the blender place the 2 cans of corn without the canned water, condensed milk, eggs, butter or margarine and beat for 2 minutes.
- Place the liquid in a bowl, add the freshly grated coconut and mix. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Grease a hole in the middle with butter or margarine and add the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, wait to get warm, unmold and serve.
