- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 3 tablespoons of butter75 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup of milk100 ml
- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- Bananas2 unit(s)
- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites until stiff. Reserve.
- In a bowl, place the yolks, butter or margarine, sugar, and beat until light cream.
- Add the wheat flour, a pinch of salt, the milk and beat until smooth.
- Slowly fold in the egg whites, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- On a tray greased with margarine, pour the dough and place the chopped bananas on top.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes. Help yourself.
